From you, very little. We need access to the yard, gates unlocked or a gate code, and pets inside during the visit. Picking up hoses, toys, and furniture off the grass gets you a cleaner cut, but if something's in the way we'll move it and put it back.

Everything else is on us — equipment, fuel, and hauling. We keep blades sharp, which matters more than people think: a dull blade tears the grass instead of cutting it, browning the tips and leaving the lawn open to disease.
