Photos and a phone call. Send whatever you can safely photograph and we can usually scope it without a site visit. We'll need to know if anything is on the house, hanging in a tree, or near utility lines, because those need to be handled before ground cleanup starts — hangers and standing damaged trees are tree service work, and we'll tell you straight if that's what you're looking at rather than pretending otherwise. We also need somewhere to park a truck and trailer, and confirmation of whether debris leaves the site or gets stacked at the curb for municipal pickup. If you're filing insurance, get your photos before we arrive.
