Photos are the fastest path to a real quote — send a few and we can usually price it without a site visit, since jobs are priced by volume rather than by item. Beyond that we need to know about access: stairs, tight hallways, elevator availability, and somewhere to park the truck. A few things we can't take, and it's better to know now than at the curb: paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, and asbestos all require specialized disposal, and appliances with refrigerant need separate handling. If anything is being kept or donated rather than tossed, point it out first and we'll work around it. If you're managing the property rather than owning it, we'll need the owner's authorization.
