Four things: lot size, how tall and thick the growth is, equipment access, and what's hidden in it. That last one drives the price more than the acreage does. Tall growth conceals stumps, fence posts, old foundations, tires, scrap metal, and dumped debris — all of which can damage equipment and all of which we need to know about before we start. If you're not sure what's under there, we'll walk it first. You'll also want to decide whether cut material stays on site or gets hauled, and we need property lines clear so we cut what's yours. If you're managing the property rather than owning it, we'll need written authorization from the owner.
